Nah man that should honestly avoid that issue. It could be madden just being glitchy I've had that problem as well on madden 21 franchise mode. Only thing I can recommend is picking plays from personal or making subs on the play menu and putting him in there.Yes like ROLB... I remember there was a practice fatigue glitch. If you go full pads or something like that, your players sub out. They said they fixed this glitch but looks like they lied again.
