When I reboot the Xb7, and plug in the Ubiquiti router, it reverts back to the OLD IP of xx.0.xxx.84 - and the slower speed. My GUESS is the Comcast network is recognizing the MAC address of the Ubiquiti router and 'connects' it to the OLD IP address which is provisioned for the XB3 at the slower speed.
